Reservation Information
Reservations can be made by phone - 705-474-4883 or by email - balsamcottages@hotmail.com.
During July and August reservations are by the week only. Reservations less than a week may be granted only if requested a week before date required and must be accompanied with full payment at time of booking. No refunds will be granted if reservation is cancelled or if you don't show up. If you expect to be delayed please make sure to call or your cottage may be rented out to the first available guest the next day of expected arrival.
Weekly reservations require a $200.00 deposit. Deposits must be paid by check made out to Balsam Cottages and mailed to:

Refunds of deposits are granted only if at least 2 months notice is given or if we are able to make a reservation for your cottage during that same time period. All refunds are subject to a $50.00 administration fee.
