Location

Balsam Cottages is located right on lake Nippissing in the city of North Bay, approximately 3^1/2 hours north of Toronto.  To arrive at Balsam Cottages from Toronto, take highway 401 to 400 north and then highway 11 north.  Take the Lakeshore Exit just past Callander, you'll find Balsam Cottages at 651 Lakeshore Drive.
